SAK's Health and Safety Protocols

We really appreciate your interest in coming back to SAK amidst the challenges of COVID-19. We understand that it's important for you to know exactly what protocols you can expect to encounter upon visiting our theater. SAK has proved to be a safe and fun place to spend time over the last year, and we will continue to commit ourselves to that mission.
Free Parking: The City of Orlando has extended a free parking offer to anyone parking in the Library Parking Garage (112 E Central Blvd). Simply take your stub to our box office and we will validate to $0. Please note: We are receiving reports that attendants are charging cars at the gate for the Central Garage. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to remedy this situation at the moment and advise that you park in the Plaza Garage if that is the case. Parking in the slightly closer Plaza Garage (15 S Court Ave) will continue to be validated to $4.
Capacity and Social Distancing: Orange County has asked that we maintain 3ft of separation between parties. Your party will be seated together (to the best of our ability). We continue to limit our capacity to 50% and guarantee one seat of separation between parties. This ensures guests will have more personal space to spread out in our theater.
Masks: As of 5/13/21, the CDC has advised that vaccinated individuals may remove their masks while indoors. The state of Florida has also removed its mask mandate for businesses. Given these steps, we feel comfortable leaving the decision to mask, or not to mask, up to our guests and staff. We strongly encourage all guests who are not vaccinated to please mask up while moving about our theater. However, we will not be enforcing a mask requirement on our premises. Performers have the option to mask, but we've found they are almost universally making the decision to go mask-free.
When you arrive: With tickets already purchased online, our box office cashier will check you in and direct you right up the stairs. Hand sanitizer will be available for you upon entry. You will see one-way traffic indicators on the floor to reduce cross-flow of traffic.
Concession and Bathroom Lines: We will have social distancing markers on the floor throughout our hallways and concession area. Feel free to use the restroom or to get concessions during the show as needed to reduce the rush at intermission.
Cleaning Protocols: Our staff will be cleaning from the time they arrive to the time we close our doors for the evening. Every touch point will be disinfected hourly, including our bar top, hand rails, door knobs and seats.
