Updated 7/31/21.

We really appreciate your interest in coming back to SAK amidst the challenges of COVID-19. We understand that it's important for you to know exactly what protocols you can expect to encounter upon visiting our theater. SAK has proved to be a safe and fun place to spend time over the last year, and we will continue to commit ourselves to that mission. The following protocols may change without advance notice, so please refer back to this page which will always contain our up-to-date policies and procedures.

Capacity and Social Distancing: We are now seating 80% of our pre-covid maximum capacity. We endeavor to seat all guests with at least one seat of spacing between parties when possible. You can expect a "full" feel to our theater on a busy night. Saturdays tend to be busier than Fridays. If you are looking for generous amounts of spacing between you and others while at SAK, you might find that to be a challenge in our venue.

Masks:  The CDC currently advises that all individuals, vaccinated and unvaccinated, wear masks while indoors. SAK encourages you to make the best decision for your health and safety with the full understanding of the risks of covid-19, and guidance from the CDC. SAK has decided to leave the decision to mask, or not to mask, up to our guests. All of our public-facing front of house staff are required to wear masks, though performers are not, and almost universally choose to perform without masks.

When you arrive: With tickets already purchased online, our box office cashier will check you in and direct you right up the stairs. Hand sanitizer will be available for you upon entry.

Cleaning Protocols: Our staff will be cleaning from the time they arrive to the time we close our doors for the evening. Every touch point is disinfected routinely.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected] You can also call us at 407-648-0001, but please understand that our office hours are limited until we get back to full swing.
