Team Building in January

Orlando, Florida – Team building in January – you bet.

New Year, new you, new team! Ringing in the new year always brings with it a sense of optimism, renewal and a “I can accomplish anything” this year attitude…well, groups at work can have that same trendline. Starting off all energetic and excited about the hew year, the new quarter, new goals maybe, but before long you’ve lost a bit of that steam.

There’s a way to “hack” that pattern of malaise creeping in…booking in a “New Years” team building session with us (SAK’s Team Building activities) is a great way to start off January with a bang and keep the team engaged, inspired and working together at a high level as you head for spring.

If you’re a manager of a team, one of our team building sessions can check a few boxes for you. Starting with connecting the team again after a December schedule that often splits a team up for most of the month with holidays and events. Sure your company holiday party can be a fun team building experience (or not, depending on what it is…oh and by the way, here at SAK we also add unique entertainment for holiday parties), but a January session is focused specifically on your team, your goals for the upcoming year, getting everyone on the same page and pulling in the same direction, and sets the template for collaborating, communicating and supporting each other moving ahead.

And with December in the rear-view mirror, you should be able to count on almost 100% attendance.

These Happy New Year team building sessions also work well for teachers and university students as they head back for the new term.
